Returnflows, Reversio & Float: Returns integrations coming soon

1. marts 2026 · 4 min read

Returns are one of the most support-heavy flows in e-commerce. When the AI agent can pull live data from your returns platform, it can answer status questions, explain exchange options, and guide customers through the process—without manual lookups or follow-up emails.

Why returns integrations matter for AI agents

Today, support teams often spend significant time checking return portals, RMA status, and warehouse updates before answering a single customer. AI agents change that: with direct integrations to returns platforms, the agent queries return status, exchange eligibility, refund timing, and shipping labels in real time—and responds in the customer's language, in seconds.

The result is faster resolution, fewer escalations, and a returns experience that feels transparent and helpful. That is exactly what our Returnflows, Reversio, and Float integrations are built to deliver.

Returnflows

Our integration connects the agent to Returnflows' API—so it can answer return status, exchange and gift-card options, and processing timelines with live data. The agent confirms receipt, explains next steps, and proactively flags delays or discrepancies.

Reversio

The agent gets access to return requests, processing status, refund timelines, and exchange flows—so it can handle "Where is my refund?", "Can I exchange instead?", and "When will my return be processed?" with precise, up-to-date answers at every stage.

Float

The integration connects the agent to return status, refund and exchange options, and shipping labels—so it can answer status questions, explain store-credit options, and guide customers through the return flow from first message to resolution. Especially useful for Shopify and 3PL setups.

What to expect

Returnflows, Reversio, and Float integrations are in active development and will roll out in the coming weeks. Once live, they will appear in your Liro dashboard alongside existing connectors. If you would like to be notified when these integrations are available, or if you have specific use cases you want to discuss, reach out—we would be happy to hear from you.
