Smartpack WMS: Integration coming soon

When the AI agent can query your warehouse management system directly, it stops giving generic answers and starts giving precise ones. We are adding a Smartpack integration so your support agent can access order and inventory data in real time—picking status, packing, and shipping readiness.

Why WMS integrations matter for AI agents

Support teams often depend on warehouse staff or separate systems to check whether an order has been picked, packed, or shipped. AI agents change that: with a direct integration to your WMS, the agent queries order status, inventory availability, and warehouse progress in real time—and answers in the customer's language, in seconds.

The result is fewer back-and-forth emails, faster resolution, and answers that match exactly what the warehouse shows. That is exactly what the Smartpack integration is built to deliver.

Smartpack

Our integration connects the agent to Smartpack's API—so it can access order status (received, picking, packed, shipped), inventory levels, and warehouse processing progress. The agent answers "Has my order been shipped?", "Is it in stock?", and "When will it leave the warehouse?" with live data instead of estimates.

For brands using Smartpack—especially with Shopify, WooCommerce, or 3PL setups—the agent provides a single source of truth for order and inventory visibility, reducing the need for manual lookups and keeping support answers aligned with warehouse reality.

What to expect

The Smartpack integration is in active development and will roll out in the coming weeks. Once live, it will appear in your Liro dashboard alongside Shopify and other connectors.
